3. Service Requests and Estimates
When you request our services:
- We will provide an estimate for the work to be performed, which may be subject to change based on actual conditions discovered during service.
- You agree to provide accurate information about the service location and plumbing issues.
- You must grant our technicians access to the property to perform the requested services.
- Emergency service requests will be prioritized, and response times may vary based on location and circumstances.
4. Pricing and Payment
Our pricing terms include:
- All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
- We provide free estimates for most services.
- Emergency service calls may include additional fees.
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
- We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.
- Late payment may result in additional fees and collection efforts.
If additional work is needed beyond the original estimate, we will obtain your approval before proceeding.
5. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work with the following warranties:
- We guarantee our workmanship for a period specified at the time of service completion.
- Warranty coverage applies only to defects in workmanship, not to normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and materials we install.
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly, and we will repair or replace defective work at no additional charge.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We are not responsible for damage to property that existed before our service or was not caused by our work.
- You are responsible for securing your property and valuables during service visits.
7. Insurance and Licensing
We maintain appropriate business insurance and all required licenses and certifications. Our technicians are licensed, bonded, and insured. Proof of insurance and licensing is available upon request.
8. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about service needs and property conditions
- Ensure safe access to the service location
- Remove or secure personal property that may interfere with service
- Obtain necessary permits or approvals if required
- Pay for services as agreed
- Follow any maintenance recommendations we provide
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms:
- You may cancel a scheduled service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Emergency service cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds for completed work are provided only if we fail to meet our warranty obligations.
- Materials ordered specifically for your project may not be refundable.
10. Intellectual Property

11. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute:

- If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Any arbitration shall take place in the Slovak Republic and shall be conducted in the English language.
- You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Slovak Republic, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovakia.
